Cassina Utrecht Armchair
The Utrecht armchair has been produced by Cassina since 1988. It is available in five colours with a zigzag or blanket stitch upholstery detail. It is also available as a two- or three-seater sofa. The designer made the chair suitable for large-scale distribution by dividing it into four puzzle-like parts – a seat, back and two angular armrests – which could be assembled on site. The chair is seen as an example of neoplasticism, also known as De Stijl, a Dutch art movement defined by its use of bright colours and austere geometries as seen in the work of Piet Mondrian.It was first designed in 1935

Upholstery available online in Perbacco Fabric Ortigia Velvet or 'Lincoln' fabric with fine stitching available in two versions with thread in five shades.
