The 'Fly' armchair has been designed by Pepe Lima as a furniture piece with a modern design flair that offers an illusory experience for onlookers. The Fly armchair's greatest differentials are its illusorily disconnected parts, which are presented as something "exploded" and which awaken the spectator's reflection: "how can everything be in its proper place without the aid of wooden crosspiece, screws and supports?" The layers play and the paradoxical perception of a product with totally separate elements, but resulting in a harmonious whole, is also one of the attributes that makes Fly different from other products in the same category.
